Baby Megan's Christening

Here are the proud relatives of baby Megan with Father Ieuan Bebb holding the baby after she had been baptised.

Ashleigh is proud of her windmill.

We now have to decorate them all

Here we are busy building, building, building!

Bobbie has made a tent with a moving zip!

We are now building homes from around the world. Here is Thomas' lighthouse.

Half Term Home Task

As part of our topic, this term, we have been looking at types of homes around Gelli e.g. terraced, semi-detached, flats etc. After half term we will be looking at different types of homes from around the world e.g. igloo’s, huts, wig-wams, log cabins, boathouses, caves etc. Could you please help your son/daughter to find some information/pictures of a home so that we can discuss when we come back to school.

As part of Design Technology we will then attempt to build some of these homes in class. We would be grateful if you could provide some SMALL old cardboard boxes etc. for us to cut up and use to build our models.

Many Thanks
